Tailored modelling of forward workforce requirements utilising your service planning data & Align model outputs to provide benchmark unit workforce profiles.

Bespoke analysis as required to investigate potential solutions & inform solution co-design.

Qualitative Analysis

Validation of Align analysis outputs and gathering of contextual information with select data, operational, and clinical experts within your health service(s).

Translation of planning profiles to quantitative profiles to enable modelling.

Translation of planned service profile & models into relevant benchmark workforce profiles to inform modelling.

Interviews/surveys of a selection of staff to produce profiles of typical task allocations over time.

Engagement and Co-design

Review and identification of workforce optimisation & design improvement opportunities with service leadership & Executive.

Review and refinement of future workforce plans with clinical, professional, and executive leadership. Where necessary – engagement with external partners (such as universities, TAFE etc.).
