We work closely with both community-controlled organisations and mainstream health services to improve performance and enhance approaches to health equity.
We provide practical support to community-controlled organisations so that they can achieve sustainability and grow with confidence. We take the time to understand local priorities, respecting the organisation’s goals and enhancing the strengths that are already in place. We work with the leadership team to develop tailored solutions focused on strategy, organisational re-design, governance, funding and service delivery. Our approach is designed to assist community organisations to continue to deliver strong, reliable services to their communities for future generations.

Health Equity Review
Working with organisations to assess health equity maturity by conducting a review across five key domains: patients, practice, people, partnerships, and processes. Depending on need and readiness, the review can be delivered as a Desktop assessment or a more comprehensive, in-depth analysis involving consultation and field work. We deliver Organisations a comprehensive report outlining strengths, priority areas for improvement, and practical recommendations to guide planning and implementation.
Funding and Service Delivery
Optimising revenue by reviewing how the organisation receives, manages and maintains funding. With a particular focus on billing, we support organisations to understand what is working well, where revenue is being lost and where there are opportunities to improve cycles of care. (revenue optimisation diagnostic and implementation)
